Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AgentDrop (the "Service"), a subscription offered by JG Vision ("we", "us"), 390 N Virginia Ave, Massapequa, NY 11758, USA. By buying or using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
AgentDrop members get access to a library of copy-paste ChatGPT prompts, prompt packs and simple playbooks, with new content added weekly (normally every Tuesday). Content is delivered through our membership area on Whop. We may improve, change or retire individual items over time.
2. Billing
Plans renew automatically (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. Payments are processed by Whop and its payment partners. Founding Member pricing ($12/month) is limited to the first 93 members and is kept only while that membership stays continuously subscribed. You may cancel at any time; if a Founding membership is cancelled (or ends for non-payment), the founding price is lost permanently and any later membership is billed at the standard rate ($19/month or the then-current price). Founding pricing is not transferable. Prices may exclude applicable taxes.
3. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your Whop account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are available only under our Refund Policy: within 14 days of your first payment, if you followed that drop's steps, it didn't work, and you email proof of what you did. Otherwise payments are non-refundable; cancelling stops future billing.
4. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials in your own business and for your clients' work. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share or repackage the materials as your own product, or share your account.
5. No guarantees of results
Templates and playbooks are educational. Results depend on your business, tools and execution. You are responsible for reviewing anything ChatGPT writes before you use it, for the cost of ChatGPT (free or paid) and any optional paid tools you choose to use, and for complying with laws and platform rules that apply to you (including advertising, privacy, email and SMS rules).
6. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties such as Whop, Vercel and the tools referenced in templates. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms (for example, redistributing materials). You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
