This policy explains how JG Vision ("we") handles personal information for AgentDrop and this website.

What we collect

• Email signups: when you request the free starter kit we store your email address, the page you signed up on, and the time.
• Purchases: checkout is handled by Whop. Whop collects your name, email, billing and payment details; we receive order and membership information from Whop but not your full card number.
• Technical data: our hosting provider (Vercel) may process standard server logs such as IP address and browser type.

How we use it

To deliver the starter kit and membership, provide support, send service messages, and send marketing emails about AgentDrop. If you request the free starter kit, you will get the kit by email plus a short series of follow-up emails over about a week, including offers for the paid membership. Every marketing email includes our postal address and a one-click unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribes immediately.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service (such as Whop for payments and access, Vercel for hosting and storage, and Resend for sending email, which processes your email address and email delivery data on our behalf), or when required by law.

Retention

We keep signup and customer data while it is needed for these purposes or as required by law, then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing jakegerbasi@mail.grokbot.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Children

The Service is intended for adults and businesses and is not directed to children under 16.

We may update this policy and will post changes on this page.
